Get yourself an account to be a part of our platform. Visit Devices application from the dashboard to get your device UDID in seconds. There's also a shortcut to do so on the dashboard's home page. The process will be:

  1. You generate a UDID retrieval mobileconfig, which is a command for your device to inform your device's UDID to our server.
  2. You download the mobileconfig from our server, you can also do that on other devices with our QR code.
  3. You head to Settings app on your iPhone/iPad, normally you will be informed that you have a newly downloaded profile (mobileconfig), but if not, you can navigate into General > VPN & Device management.
  4. Make sure the downloaded mobileconfig is from us: ucerts.io with a ✔️, sometimes the ✔️ doesn't appear but do not proceed if it has an ❌ which is untrusted.
  5. Install the profile, now you can see your device in Devices application.

Note: You cannot register your device if you use private/incognito browsing mode.

Most certificates are processed within 3-4 business days. Some premium certificates can be issued instantly, but delays may occur due to high demand or Apple server issues. Rest assured, we will deliver your certificate as soon as possible.

A confirmation will be sent to your email once the process is complete.

Upon adding your device to one of our developer accounts, there maybe an inherent ineligibility period, typically lasting for a specified duration such as 14 or 30 days. It is essential to note that this hold period is a standard protocol set forth by Apple, and regrettably, we do not exercise control over this aspect.

To mitigate any inconvenience during this period, we are committed to providing you with an Enterprise Public Certificate. This certificate will enable you to proceed with your development activities seamlessly until the ineligibility period concludes. Rest assured, once your device becomes eligible within the developer account, you will promptly receive your official certificate via email.

Development Certificate will not give you apps notifications

Distribution Certificate will provide app notifications, vpn, and other entitlements if the app (IPA) is properly made.

Unfortunately, once your device's UDID is added to our Apple Developer Account, the slot is permanently occupied and cannot be reused. As a result, refunds are not possible after this step. Please ensure you carefully select and enter the correct UDID for your device to avoid any issues.

No, you cannot reuse the certificate from your old device. Each certificate is tied to a unique UDID, so you'll need to purchase a new certificate for your new device. Apple does not allow modifications, replacements, or deletions of devices in our Developer Account.

Umm… of course not! Nice Try though.

Registering your UDID ensures your device is authorized to run iOS beta software intended for developers. Without proper registration, Apple warns that installing beta software may render your device unusable and could require an out-of-warranty repair. This registration helps protect your device and allows you to safely access beta versions.

Any Apple device can be registered, including iPhones and iPads. You can use your App Testers Certificate directly on these devices without any issues.

The duration of your subscription and warranty depends on the certificate plan you choose. Please carefully review the plan descriptions, as we clearly specify the certificate delivery time, warranty period, and usage duration for each plan.
