1.3 What are Apple Certificates? What do they include?

Note: A .mobileprovision file must always be digitally signed to be considered valid.

Most ban cases stem from actions taken by Apple Developer accounts that are fraudulent. When a certificate is revoked, any application or service using that certificate will also become invalid, affecting the user's ability to use and experience the services.

Understanding the status of device bans and certificate revocation will help customers recognize the potential risks and consequences, allowing for informed decisions when using our products and services.

  • Purchasing When the Device is Banned: In the event that customers have purchased certificates from our website or from another certificate service provider and encounter a situation where the certificate is revoked, leading to your device being banned by Apple from using certificate services, we would like to inform you that if customers deliberately proceed to purchase packages that do not support unbanning at UCerts.io, no refunds will be provided. However, customers will still receive the certificate they ordered. This means that even though your device is in a banned state, we will still commit to providing you with the purchased certificate. Please note that the time to receive this certificate may take from 14 to 30 days, depending on Apple's unbanning policy. We encourage customers to monitor and update the status of their devices to maximize the services that the certificate provides.

6.5 Warranty Request Process

If you encounter an issue with the product or service during the warranty period, please follow these steps to request a warranty:

During the warranty period, you will only have to wait until the new warranty package is issued; we do not have a refund option under any circumstances.
